Barts House is 16,000 sqft of refurbished flexible workspace in the heart of South Lanes and a stone’s throw from the beach. The entrance is in Black Lion Street – which leads you through to a 3rd and 4th-floor workspace with hot desking area, 26 individual offices catering for teams of 2 to 70+, plus 5 x various-sized boardroom/meeting room spaces.

As with all of our spaces, our members benefit from super-fast WIFI (shared 1Gb connection), free refreshments & kitchen access, and of course, our legendary ‘Free Beer Fridays’ – where members can unwind at the end of the week, and learn a little about each other.
