If you provide a service, creating an engaging online presence with information about your company will allow customers to get to know the story behind your product, doing the selling for you, which leads to more cash.

If your business is not utilizing the tools available to them online then you could be facing some problems as time goes on. Is your website the same website that you have had for many years? Updating your website is key to showing off what you have to offer and if you are using old photographs and content then you are not maximizing your potential for conversions. The effects of the Covid-19 pandemic are still being felt by businesses today so it is important to keep this support going to help the rise and recovery of businesses coming out of the pandemic.

Today, it is essential to stay connected with clients and partners, therefore, being easily accessible to external entities interested in what your business offers. Being able to ensure that your business gains a digital presence not only makes you accessible but also enables your business to be flexible when it comes to conducting business.

Free online workshops start in September to help West Sussex businesses maximize the impact and accessibility of digital technologies.
The Recover and Rise SME Digital Accelerator program is a four-part series comprising more than 25 online workshops:
Series 1: Getting Online
Series 2: Customers and Marketing
Series 3: Systems and Productivity
Series 4: Growth Expansion and New Products.
The aim is to help Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) utilize digital tools and gain expert knowledge and advice on how best to grow their online presence, attract and retain new customers and work more productively.
Workshops start on 9 September and will take place at 12pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They will run through to January 2022.
The program of workshops has been devised by local digital experts Freedom Works, always possible, and Creative Bloom and is being delivered in partnership by West Sussex County Council and the West Sussex district and borough councils.
Please note: businesses have to be located within West Sussex to be eligible for these workshops. Interested organisations can sign up for any or all of the sessions.
